I would highly recommend mentioning such information as your height, weight, hair color, etc. Even if you don't have any photos yet, you can still describe yourself.
Somebody needing a model, but wanting for example a tall one, is less likely to contact you to find out if you fit than they are to simply move on to the next potential model. Just sayin' . . . .
