Why attend training to become an art model? Because it will make you more confident!
Art models are needed and provide an invaluable service to our community. You are part of the creative process.
Art models come in all shapes, sizes and ages.

If you’re reading this you probably fall into one of three categories:
You are curious about modeling for art classes but are unsure of how or where to get started.
You are currently an art model and are looking for tips to improve and make it easier.
You want to explore a part time job that is interesting, profitable, fun and makes a difference.

Modeling for classes can be both rewarding a great part time gig but there is more to it than simply taking off your clothes.

Whether you are completely new to modeling or an experienced model, you’ll find this workshop full of helpful ideas.

Topics covered include:
The vocabulary or art and art modeling.
Creating interesting poses that can be held comfortably.
Creating a model tool bag. What to bring with you.
The business of modeling. How to find modeling jobs and get hired.
Setting boundaries and Model Safety.

This is a “working workshop” meaning you’ll actually have the opportunity to pose and get feedback.

This workshop is in San Francisco in June 2008. Please e-mail for time and exact location.

Cost $49 (Less than 1 modeling job)
